One of the premier sustainable projects Colonial has worked on is the School of the Future located in Philadelphia. This project began in 2004 and at the time included the most current environmentally friendly technology available. The technology included energy savings lighting and controls, a green roof, photovoltaic glass, rainwater catchment, and many more eco-friendly elements that made the School of the Future sustainable for the future. |
