Brookfield Elementary recently renovated the lighting in their gym because it was inefficient, consumed a lot of energy and did not light instantly. The school replaced six 400W Metal Haide fixtures with eight 6 lamp T8 fluorescent fixtures, saving them over 50% in lamp wattage. The school district was so happy with the energy savings and the end result that they decided to do the same in another gym at a second elementary school. |
