 Our training program enables Colonial’s entry employees to learn the electrical business from the ground up. Colonial’s on-line training program has brought efficiency to an industry that is extremely difficult to learn. As one of the region’s larger employers, we know how valuable a well-trained employee is to the success of the company.
We also offer customers Lunch & Learns, Trade Shows, Counter Days, Seminars and other opportunities to learn about changing electrical code policy, safety training, or new more efficient products. Many Colonial seminars qualify for Continuing Education Units (CEU’s).
